SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY TIME

DISTRIBUCIONES CALZADOS BANYOLES, S.L. ("CASTAÑER") WILL PROCEED TO DELIVER THE PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMER WITHIN APPROXIMATELY ONE (1) TO TWO (2) WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DISPATCH OF THE ORDER (SPAIN), DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE THROUGHOUT THE DAY, WITH NO TIME PREFERENCE. FOR OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES, THE APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME WILL BE FROM TWO (2) TO FOUR (4) WORKING DAYS. IF DELIVERY IS TO BE MADE TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR THE UNITED KINGDOM, THE APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME WILL BE BETWEEN THREE (3) AND FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS. FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE AFFECTED DUE TO CUSTOMS FORMALITIES.

CASTAÑER MAY EXTEND DELIVERY TIMES IN PERIODS OF SALES AND HIGH SEASON AND WHEN AN IRREGULARITY IS DETECTED IN THE ORDER. IN ANY CASE, THE DELIVERY TIME WILL BE LONGER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORDER CONFIRMATION.

PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND/OR HOLIDAYS, AND WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE FIRST FOLLOWING WORKING DAY.

THE CUSTOMER WILL BE ABLE TO TRACK ORDERS IF SO REQUESTED IN THE PURCHASE PROCESS.

 

TERMS OF DELIVERY

THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE THE ONE INDICATED BY THE CUSTOMER IN THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE. IF AN ERROR IS DETECTED IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL CONTACT THE CUSTOMER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST BE PHYSICAL LOCATIONS ACCESSIBLE TO COURIER COMPANIES. CASTAÑER DOES NOT SHIP ITS PRODUCTS TO COLLECTION POINTS OR POST OFFICES.

IF AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS, THE CUSTOMER IS ABSENT, THE COURIER COMPANY CONTRACTED BY CASTAÑER WILL MAKE UP TO THREE (3) DELIVERY ATTEMPTS. IF THEY FAIL TO DELIVER THE PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMER AFTER THAT NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS, THE PRODUCTS WILL BE RETURNED TO CASTAÑER, BEING NECESSARY FOR THE CUSTOMER TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT CASTAÑER TO AGREE WITH THE DELIVERY.

IN CASE THE CUSTOMER WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PURCHASING THE PRODUCT, HE/SHE SHOULD CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT THROUGH THIS FORM INDICATING THE ORDER NUMBER AND THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS.

AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT, THE CUSTOMER MUST CONFIRM RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT TO THE COURIER COMPANY.

THE SHIPPING COSTS APPLIED BY CASTAÑER IN THE SALE OF PRODUCTS THROUGH THE WEB WILL BE THOSE DETAILED BELOW FOR EACH ORDER PLACED BY THE CUSTOMER:

**TARIFFS SUBJECT TO OCCASIONAL PROMOTIONS. 

THESE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER REQUEST.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE SHIPMENT HAS CUSTOMS COSTS, THESE WILL BE PAID BY CASTAÑER, THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY AMOUNT IN CUSTOMS CONCEPT.

CASTAÑER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE AMOUNTS AND CONDITIONS.
